How long we keep it

We delete your personal data within 30 days of returning your completed form to you, unless you ask us to keep it longer.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell or share your data. We send the form to you; you submit it yourself.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
